Nickerson Park Family Campground

REGISTRATION: Please register upon arrival and use car pass. Camper registering must be 21 years of age. One family per site (a family consists two adults and unmarried children under the age of 18.) Check in time 3 p.m. Check out time is 3 p.m.
VISITORS: CT State Law requires that all visitors be registered at the office upon arrival. Visitors must park in front of the lodge. Visitors fees apply to anyone over 3 years of age:

CURFEW HOURS: All campers are expected to be quiet and considerate between the hours of 11p.m. and 7 a.m. Children ages 3-12 must be at their own site by 10 p.m. unless accompanied by their parents. Teens on their own sites by 11p.m.
Bicycles are not to be ridden after dark.
PROFANITY- in any form is prohibited
PETS: Pets are welcome. You must have Rabies Certificate for all pets entering the campground. but must be kept on a leash at all times. We do not allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers in the camp. Dogs are not to be left unattended at anytime. Children are not to walk dogs. Owners must clean up after them immediately. Barking dogs will not be tolerated.
SPEED LIMIT: A 5 mile per hour speed limit shall be maintained throughout the campground for the safety of all, especially children.
FIRES & FIREWOOD: Because of the Asian Longhorn Beetle threat,  NO OUTSDE FIREWOOD MAY BE BROUGHT ON THE PREMISIS Firewood may be purchased at the camp store. Fires permitted in fire rings provided and must not be left unattended.
Wood Pallets are not to be stored or burned in the camp.
DUMPSTERS: Dumpsters have been provided for trash. Absolutely none of the following: Chairs, mattresses, antennas, car-parts, doors, or any other non burnable items are allowed.
FIREWORKS & FIREARMS: Fireworks and discharge of firearms are not permitted at any time. Also the use of bows and arrows is strictly forbidden.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: No kegs allowed. The excessive use of alcoholic beverages will not be tolerated. The management reserves the right to terminate the tenancy of a guest for reasons the former shall deem objectionable.
NO STORAGE SHEDS or PLATFORMS on site without prior approval from management. Steel Storage Shed Maximum 5'x6', Pressure Treated Platforms Maximum 4'x8' Sections No Railings.
CLEANLINESS at your site is expected at all times.
NO WASHING or repair of automobiles. Seasonals may wash trailer once per season. Please advise managment prior.

The management reserves the right to terminate without notice the stay of any camper.
